Hailing from the lush, volcanic soils of Palestina, Huila, Colombia, this exceptional coffee is grown at an elevation of 1,650 meters in the shadow of the Black Cedar forest. The unique terroir imparts a distinctive depth and character to every cup.

Process & Craftsmanship

Each cherry is handpicked at peak ripeness and undergoes a meticulous anaerobic fermentation for 48 hours, deepening its complexity. The beans are then slowly dried for 15 days, preserving their vibrant flavors and aromatic richness.

A balanced, refreshing cup that dances between sweetness and subtle spice. Expect aromatic notes of cardamom and the comforting warmth of panela (unrefined cane sugar)—a true celebration of Colombia’s coffee heritage.
