Milbok Double Milk is a partially condensed milk that has the optimal protein to fat ratio (5.5% : 5.0%) to create the perfect latte art and take any milk drink to a professional level. For this reason it is very popular at barista competitions.

The milk is processed with an inspired freeze-distilled process that reduces the water content of the milk. The result is a creamier consistency, fuller flavour and higher nutritional value without added additives and other ingredients. Whipping results in better foaminess and texture. Compared to regular milk, it is much more stable and consistent. Milbok maintains the same quality all year round, regardless of the season. BeFood has innovated the process so that processing is no longer as time-consuming and unhygienic as before.

Storage:
