Sigilo – Mastery of fermentation: Sigilo is a Colombian coffee project led by José David and Manuel, built on the belief that true quality comes from the work behind the coffee. Quality is not an accident of origin or variety, but the result of daily agronomic decisions, technical skill, and risks assumed by producers.
- More than coffee farmers, Sigilo acts as an ally to the land, its partners, and its customers. Coffees are cultivated using responsible, chemical-free practices that promote biodiversity and soil regeneration. Each process is carefully adapted to meet specific customer needs while preserving origin and integrity.
- Transparency is central to Sigilo’s approach. Prices are based on real production costs, and producers are treated as long-term economic partners. Choosing Sigilo means moving beyond a commodity mindset toward a more responsible, honest, and sustainable vision of specialty coffee.
